SeauYeen Su

Su brings over 15 years of experience building and scaling ventures across social enterprise and climate technology. She has worked closely with founders, partners, and capital providers through the early and growth stages of impact-led businesses, where commercial discipline and execution capability are critical to achieving scale.

Her work spans commercialisation, partnerships, and capital raising, and is grounded in the conviction that impact-driven ventures must be both mission-led and commercially viable. Through years of venture building, SeauYeen saw many promising impact ventures falter not due to lack of intent, but because of insufficient structure, market readiness, and aligned capital. This insight shaped Scale Astra Labs’ belief that purpose must be deliberately translated into scalable business models.

Andrew Sivanandam

Andrew has over 25 years of experience across strategy, venture building, and capital. He has worked with enterprises, growth companies, and investors through moments of scale, transformation, and capital inflection where clarity of direction and execution discipline matter most.

Andrew is known for his ability to cut through complexity, bring structure to ambiguous situations, and align strategic intent with operating reality and capital constraints. Through years of building and advising businesses, Andrew saw strong strategies falter at execution or capital deployed ahead of organisational readiness. These experiences reinforced a core conviction that sustainable outcomes depend on tight alignment between strategy, execution capability, and capital.
